Winning an Oscar wasn't the only surprise for Jennifer Lawrence at the Academy Awards Sunday night. As the Best Actress winner began her interview with Good Morning America, actor Jack Nicholson popped into the exchange. Lawrence had just described her big win: "I feel like I can't even remember. It's kind of an insane moment and it was just really exciting. It was really just shocking. It was the first time I've ever felt, like, actual shock." Out of nowhere, Nicholson, 75, walked into the interview and said to Lawrence, "You did such a beautiful job. I didn't mean to cross into your interview but I had to congratulate you." Priceless. I’ll have to admit, I’d freak out if I met Jack too.

The 31-year-old pop star was the final celebrity to arrive at Elton’s annual AIDS Foundation Academy Awards viewing party at the Pacific Design Center in West Hollywood. Spears attended the star-studded soiree with her longtime manager, Larry Rudolph, and an unidentified girlfriend. The former “X Factor” judge partied alongside the likes of Kim Kardashian, Miley Cyrus, Heidi Klum and Emma Roberts. Her new boyfriend was nowhere to be seen. Britney is still reportedly in talks for a Las Vegas residency, and Spears’ manager, Larry Rudolph, said in a statement to E! News that they’re in “deep negotiations” with Caesars Entertainment Group and are “hoping to have a deal done very soon.” I absolutely LOVE Britney as a brunette.

Kristen went without the crutches when she presented an award with Daniel Radcliffe, limping painfully toward the podium. How did she hurt it? Stewart bumped into Anne Hathaway backstage, immediately after Hathaway’s Best Supporting Actress victory, and she explained the mystery behind her injury. “Oh no!” Hathaway exclaimed in sympathy, seeing Stewart’s crutch. “I know, I’m an idiot,” Stewart replied. “But congratulations!” she said, eyeing Hathaway’s hard-earned Oscar. “Please tell me you’re going on stage with those [crutches],” Hathaway said. “Nope,” Stewart replied. “I’m gonna hobble.” Quipped the “I Dreamed a Dream” singer: “Well, break a leg . . . Oops!” Stewart then explained that she cut her foot recently after stepping on glass. “I just hope [the wound] doesn’t open up right now.” Honestly, it would have made The Oscars more interesting.
