He was unable to pay bills after Hurricane Sandy hurt his businesses A man descibed  as the deli king of Staten Island  is accused of stealing millions in a king-size check-kiting  scheme Saquib Khan , a  Staten Island  businesman with high-caliber connections to the  mob was charged with check  fraud  in a criminal complaint filed by Feds.
