Mafia Don Rizzuto to testify at Charbonneau inquiry Nov 24th 2012, 10:12 Vito Rizzuto, believed to be Montreal's Mafia boss, is taken from a Montreal police station after being arrested in his Montreal home on U.S. charges. Vito Rizzuto, the reputed Cosa Nosta  don of the Mafia in Montreal  has been summoned to testify  at the Charbonneau Crime Commission  police authorities have confirmed Mr. Rizzuto, recently released from a U.S. Prison where he was serving a sentence for his part in  a  mob rubout of three  Bonanno Crime family capo’s  met with police who  will not comment on   his Commission inquiry appearance  first reported by Radio-Canada , Read The Story as reported By Canadian Press, on the gazette Media files: af11 7350597
