Sandy wiseguy is sunk in sentencing delay Nov 24th 2012, 07:21 Sandy wiseguy Garofalo begged the feds at FEMA   A federsl judge yesterday shot down a request by a Gambino Crime family associate  for a two-month sentencing delay in a mafia extortion case while he cleans up from Hurricane Sandy Emanuel Garofalo, 64, cited  his home in Brooklyn's storm-slugged Sea Gate enclave.The whining wiseguy has also begged the feds at FEMA  for a hand out  Federal judge Dora Irizarry instread  rescheduled sentencing for Garofalo's role in the mob extortion from Dec. 6 to Dec 19.
