Notably missing? Phelps’ girlfriend, Megan Rossee, amid reports that he is newly single. The 27-year-old Olympian swimmer reportedly ended his romance with the aspiring model after realizing that the relationship was “not going anywhere”. I wonder what George Clooney thinks?
