Russell Brand Sued For Hitting Someone! Oct 30th 2012, 16:42 Russell Brand might be a danger behind the wheel! The "Brand X" host is being sued for allegedly hitting a pedestrian with his car earlier this year. According to the lawsuit, Brand was driving "negligently" in Los Angeles and hit the plaintiff, Victor Sneed, in January. Sneed claims that he suffered personal injury, property damage and that he has now incurred a large hospital bill. Although the lawsuit cites personal injury, it doesn't seem to go into detail as to what the injuries were. Hmm… seems fishy. The plaintiff is suing the former Mr. Katy Perry for more than $25,000.
