Did the Italian establishment do deals with the Mafia? ; Video Oct 29th 2012, 07:20 Michela Monte and Antonio Ingroia: Twenty years ago Italians mourned the murder of Anti-Mafia judge Giovanni Falcone, who fought ferociously against the Sicilian Cosa Nostra  and both   Mafia 'boss of bosses 'Bernardo Provenzano  and  Toto Riina whom  allegedly ordered his death   Some  prosecutors  have been investigating whether the state itself may have been indirectly involved in his death.
