Sweet For the second time in four months, the federal judge slated to preside over mobster James "Whitey" Bulger's murder trial next year has refused the defense team's demand that he step down because of his prior service as an assistant U.S. attorney during Bulger's reign of terror. U.S. District Court Judge Richard G.
